The combination of large flat blocks, acreage on the city's edge, quiet cul-de-sacs, and the Brisbane River frontages in Fig Tree Pocket makes this region effectively a city-adjacent wedding destination. We service the whole corridor: Indooroopilly, Taringa-adjacent streets, Chapel Hill, Kenmore and Kenmore Hills, Fig Tree Pocket (particularly the river-frontage pockets around Fig Tree Pocket Road), Jindalee, Mount Ommaney, Brookfield, Pullenvale, Bellbowrie, Moggill, Karana Downs and Anstead. Our Bray Park (North Brisbane) HQ is 25–35km away depending on the exact suburb — a standard metro delivery rate, usually the morning or early-afternoon slot. Brookfield and Pullenvale are where we do our biggest backyard jobs — acreage blocks of 1–5 acres, often with dedicated entertaining lawns, sometimes with dams or river frontage. An 8m × 18m or 8m × 21m clearspan for 150–200 guests is standard out there. Western-suburbs access is generally excellent. Brookfield and Pullenvale blocks have wide driveways designed for horse-floats and ride-on mowers — our 3-tonne trucks have no trouble reaching the setup site. Kenmore and Chapel Hill streets are slightly tighter but almost always workable. The small percentage of sites that need extra consideration: steep-slope Chapel Hill blocks (need sub-3-degree slope across the marquee footprint), narrow-access Fig Tree Pocket cul-de-sacs, and heritage-tree-protected Pullenvale blocks (we peg around root-protection zones). Typical jobs: 50-guest backyard Indooroopilly wedding in a 6m × 12m marquee, 100-guest Kenmore Hills cocktail 40th in an 8m × 15m, 150-guest Brookfield wedding in an 8m × 18m with Pro-Floor, dance floor and festoon, and the big acreage 200+ jobs in Pullenvale and Moggill running 8m × 21m structures. Generally excellent. Most acreage blocks in this region have wide driveways built for horse-floats. Our 3-tonne delivery trucks handle them comfortably. Very long or steep driveways need a site check first — send us a pin drop and photos.
Can you handle 150–200 guest weddings on acreage? +
Yes, that's what the western suburbs do best. 8m × 18m handles 180 cocktail or 120 seated; 8m × 21m handles 200+ cocktail. Most Brookfield and Pullenvale blocks easily accommodate these structures with space left for car parking, ceremony setup and catering prep zones.
Will a marquee fit a Kenmore or Chapel Hill block? +
Yes. The 6m × 9m and 6m × 12m profiles fit standard Kenmore streets comfortably. Chapel Hill's sloped blocks need a quick inspection for slope (we need under 3 degrees across the footprint) but most work out. Send us a site photo during quoting.
How far is the western suburbs from your HQ? +
Our Bray Park HQ is 25–35km from this region depending on the suburb. Standard metro delivery — no regional surcharge. Brookfield and Pullenvale typically hit around 35km; Indooroopilly and Kenmore 25–28km.
Do you set up around heritage trees and root-protection zones? +
Yes. Pullenvale and parts of Brookfield have protected tree zones where pegging is restricted. We use ballast weights on the legs rather than ground pegs in those areas — totally fine for our clearspan profiles up to 80km/h wind spec.
Can you do river-frontage setups in Fig Tree Pocket? +
Yes. Fig Tree Pocket Brisbane-River-adjacent blocks are a regular run for us. The ground is generally flat and firm. For events near the water's edge we confirm the high-tide line and flood history during site inspection.
