Why Hire Flooring from In-Tents?
The 5x5m is our most-hired dance floor for Brisbane weddings. At 25 square metres and $350 per event, it is the sweet spot — big enough for 25-30 dancers to actually move, the bridal waltz to look spacious in photos, and a proper dance circle to form around the birthday girl at midnight.
This size fits perfectly inside our 8x9m and 8x12m marquees alongside dining tables and a bar area. Add LED wash lights ($80 each) around the perimeter for colour uplighting that makes the dance floor the focal point of your event.
Crew-installed only — no exceptions. We do not offer DIY or supply-only Pro-Floor. The panels lock together with a specific sequence on uneven ground, and customers who try to install themselves end up with damaged panels, gaps, or trip hazards. Every dance floor we hire out is built by our team, levelled, tested, and packed back down by us.

Is 5x5m big enough for a wedding with 100 guests?
Yes. At any given time, about 25-30% of guests are dancing. The 5x5m comfortably handles 25-30 dancers — perfect for a 100-guest wedding.
What's the difference between the 5x5 and 6x6 dance floor?
The 5x5 (25m²) suits events up to 100 guests. The 6x6 (36m²) is for 120+ guest events or when you want a grand, spacious dance area. The 6x6 costs $500 — $150 more for 44% more space.
Can the dance floor be a different shape?
Pro-Floor panels are square modules that can be arranged in any rectangular configuration. Contact us if you need a custom layout.
How big is a 6x6m dance floor?
36 square metres — about the size of a large bedroom. It is big enough for 35-40 people to dance at once, a full bridal party dance circle, or a live band with audience space.
Can I have a 6x6 dance floor outside without a marquee?
The Pro-Floor system works outdoors but should be covered. Wet surfaces become slippery for dancers. We recommend using it inside a marquee or under a gazebo.
What marquee size do I need for a 6x6 dance floor plus dining?
Minimum 8x15m (120m²) for a 6x6 dance floor plus 10 dining tables seating 80 guests. The 8x18m (144m²) gives more breathing room.
What size dance floor is included in the bundle?
Contact us with your guest count and we will recommend the right dance floor size for your event. The bundle price covers a standard dance floor section with overhead festoon lighting.
Is this the same as what's in marquee Pack 3?
Yes — the dancefloor and festoon combination in Pack 3 is this bundle. You can also add it to Pack 1 or Pack 2, or use it as a standalone product at a venue that already has walls and a roof.
Can I add LED wash lights to this bundle?
Absolutely. Adding 4-6 LED wash lights ($80 each) around the dance floor perimeter creates colour uplighting that transforms the zone. Popular colours: warm white, pink, purple.
