Two options. Fast: use the cart on our marquee, furniture and lighting pages — add what you want, hit 'Send Quote Request', done. Less pressure: use the 'Get My Free Quote' form with your event date and guest count. Both land with Joe directly.

Usually within a few hours on weekdays, same day on weekends. If you need a fast quote for a specific date, call Joe directly on 0435 642 592.

0435 642 592 — that's Joe (Director of Bookings). Call or text. We don't use call centres, you get the person who's quoting and running your job.

Where is In-Tents Events based?

Bray Park, North Brisbane — QLD 4500. We don't have a showroom; all quotes are done via phone, email or on-site. Workshop is for crew only.

Can I see equipment before booking?

We don't run showroom visits. Instead — every marquee, floor, light, chair and table on the site has real job photos and full specs. If you want more detail on something specific, Joe can send you extra photos from past jobs.

Question 6

Do you do site inspections?

Accepted Answer

Yes — but not free. Cost depends on distance. 95% of the time our Will-It-Fit tool + a few photos from you is enough to confirm the fit without a paid inspection.
