Our Bray Park (North Brisbane) HQ is 30km from Dayboro township via Mount Samson Road — a standard metro delivery rate for what feels like a proper country wedding. Pine Rivers and the D'Aguilar Range hinterland have exploded as a wedding corridor over the last five years: rolling green hills, the Mount Mee lookouts, cattle properties with dams and barns, Ocean View Estates vineyard — all within 45 minutes of the Brisbane CBD but with none of the noise or light pollution. We run the full D'Aguilar and Pine Rivers hinterland: Dayboro township, Mount Mee and the ridge-top properties above, Laceys Creek and Ocean View for vineyard and estate weddings, Woodford and Neurum further north, and the Mount Glorious / D'Aguilar loop for hinterland retreats. Can you set up on a Mount Mee ridge-top property? +
Yes, provided vehicle access can get a 3-tonne truck to the setup site. Some ridge-top driveways are tight — send us a pin drop and photos of the approach and we'll confirm before committing. Weight-rating and turning circle are the two things that kill a site.
Do Dayboro vineyards like Ocean View have their own marquees? +
Some vineyards have small structures but nothing at the capacity a typical wedding needs. Most Dayboro vineyard weddings bring in our 8m × 15m or 8m × 18m clearspan to handle 100+ guests with dance floor space. We've worked with every vineyard venue in the area.
Do you supply power for off-grid properties? +
Yes. We own 2kVA through 60kVA generators in-house. A 6–10kVA unit handles full festoon lighting, caterer cool-room, PA and coffee cart for a 100-guest wedding. We spec the exact size during quoting based on your actual draw.
Will the marquee survive a D'Aguilar storm? +
Yes. Our clearspan frames are engineered to Australian Standards and rated to 80km/h winds. For severe weather warnings we have an on-call crew that can break down in under two hours — we've never had a marquee failure across 200+ events.
What about the Woodford end of the run? +
Yes, Woodford and Neurum are on our regular Dayboro delivery loop. Woodford Folk Festival season (late December / early January) we're fully booked out — for any December Woodford wedding, lock the date 9 months ahead.
