Yes, that's a regular job for us. 8m × 18m or 8m × 21m clearspan handles 150–200 cocktail comfortably. Bridgeman Downs acreage typically has excellent truck access and flat building pads — send us the site details and we'll confirm the largest structure your block will take.
Do you do community sports club functions? +
Yes. Kedron-Wavell, Chermside Hornets, Aspley Hornets, Westside Bears grounds are all regular corporate/community marquee bookings. We coordinate ground-keeper access and pegging restrictions during quoting.
Will the marquee fit a standard post-war Queenslander block? +
Usually yes. A 6m × 6m (30 seated) or 6m × 9m (45 seated) fits the typical 600–800m² Stafford/Kedron/Gordon Park block with room to spare. Battle-axe blocks and very narrow lots need a site check — send us a site photo.
How far ahead should a northern-suburbs booking be made? +
3–4 months for a Saturday in peak season (March–May, September–November), often inside 3 weeks for shoulder months. Being so close to HQ, we can sometimes squeeze in late bookings that we'd have to decline further afield.
