Why Hire an 8m x 3m Marquee in Brisbane?
The 8x3m gives you 24 square metres — a third more floor area than the 6x3m, in the same length. That extra two metres of width makes a real difference: you can fit round tables instead of just trestles, your guests have room to circulate, and the overall feel shifts from cosy to comfortable.
This is the entry point to our 8m wide range — the premium series with proportions that suit larger furniture layouts and more spacious event styles. The 8m width handles 1.8m round tables with proper chair spacing, something the 6m range struggles with at shorter lengths.
Like all our clearspan marquees, the 8x3 uses a commercial aluminium frame with no centre poles — every square metre is usable. White PVC roof and walls included, with clear PVC upgrades available. If you need more length, the 8x6m doubles your floor area.

Setup tip: Needs 10m x 5m of flat ground. The 8m width typically requires front or rear access to the setup site — side gates on standard residential properties may be too narrow for the 8m frame components.
Frequently Asked Questions
Will an 8x3m marquee fit in my backyard? +
The 8x3m needs 10m x 5m of clear flat ground (including 1m clearance each side). It also requires wider access than the 6m range — a standard side gate may not be wide enough for the 8m frame panels. Send us a photo and we will confirm.
What is the price difference between 6x3 and 8x3? +
The 6x3 Pack 1 is $550, the 8x3 Pack 1 is $720 — $170 more for 33% more floor area. The 8x3 is better value per square metre if your site can accommodate the wider footprint.
Can you put the 8x3 on a driveway? +
Yes. For concrete, pavers, or asphalt surfaces, we use concrete weights instead of star pickets. A hard surface setup surcharge applies (POA). Contact us with your site details for a quote.
