Seven roof bays create a cathedral-length ceiling effect that makes guests stop and look up. The 8m width means round tables sit with luxury spacing — 8 guests per table, chairs pushed back, waitstaff serving from both sides, nobody squeezed.
Events at this scale are full productions. Pack 3 at $6,660 includes the marquee, 168m² of Pro-Floor, comprehensive interior and exterior festoon lighting, and a dedicated dancefloor. Most clients add 17+ round tables with Americana chairs, a 25kVA generator, and a cocktail furniture lounge zone. The result is a venue that rivals any Brisbane function centre — at the location of your choosing.

What generator size do I need for an 8x21m event? +
Minimum 15kVA for lighting and DJ. 25kVA recommended for full production (PA, lighting rig, catering equipment, festoons, dancefloor uplighting). We supply quiet-run generators that won't disrupt speeches or music.
Can you set up an 8x21m on a farm or rural property? +
Absolutely — farms, wineries, and rural estates are some of our favourite setups. We need flat ground (10m x 23m minimum), vehicle access for our 8-tonne truck within 30m, and ideally a hardstand area nearby for the generator.
