The 10m x 9m starts at $1,650 for the structure alone (Pack 1), $4,050 with Pro-Floor flooring across the full footprint plus interior festoon lighting (Pack 2), or $5,000 with a dance floor and exterior festoon added (Pack 3) — prices ex GST, added at quote. Choose a clear roof or white roof to suit your event; the clear roof upgrade is $100 per 3m roof bay, and wall panels are $15 each in clear or white. The 8m x 12m (96m²) remains a similar-capacity alternative, but the 10m x 9m gives you a wider room with a squarer aspect ratio — meaningful for events where stage or entertainment positioning matters.
