Each 15m run draws approximately 180W. Ensure adequate power supply or request our generator rental. We'll coordinate with your electrician.
We typically install festoon 1–2 hours before your event (or before marquee setup if using interior runs). Plan accordingly.
Our cables are UV-safe and rated for Brisbane's climate. All connectors are weather-sealed. We secure runs to withstand wind gusts up to 80 km/h.
If your power source is far from the lighting setup, request a heavy-duty extension lead. We stock up to 50m cables.

Each 15m run spans approximately 12–15m between poles, depending on the tension and number of attachment points. For a W-shape or canopy layout, we typically space poles 4–5m apart to create multiple attachment points for even weight distribution and visual effect.
Absolutely! Festoon inside marquees is extremely popular. Our interior festoon runs hang from the marquee frame, creating a warm canopy effect. Fairy lights also work beautifully as delicate detail lighting for indoor receptions.
Our festoon runs are designed so that one burned-out bulb won't affect the rest. We carry spares and can swap any bulb on-site at no extra charge. Fairy light strings and LED washes are tested before every install.
Yes. All our festoon, fairy light, and LED systems are fully insulated, earthed, and tested to Australian safety standards. Poles are embedded securely with guy wires. We coordinate with fire marshals and venue managers to ensure safe installation.

Payment is due 30 days before your hire date. This secures your lighting equipment and confirms your booking. We'll send an invoice with full details upon quote acceptance.
Wind exceeding 60 km/h, hail, or cyclonic conditions may delay or suspend lighting installation. Force majeure clauses protect your booking — you'll retain your booking status with a credit or reschedule option. We monitor weather closely and communicate changes immediately.
Cancellations are non-refundable. We offer credits towards future events or rescheduling options at our discretion. Contact us immediately if circumstances change — we'll work with you where possible.
You are responsible for ensuring power supply access and suitable electrical connections are available. We can coordinate with your electrician and suggest generator hire if mains power is unavailable. Disclose any access limitations upfront to avoid extra charges.
