Get your ground ready before we arrive
Mow the Grass
Cut to 5–10cm max. Longer grass prevents panels sitting flat and creates an uneven surface.
Check for Slopes
Maximum slope: 5°. Steeper grades need a site survey — we can advise on levelling options.
Clear Debris
Remove rocks, branches, sticks, and sharp objects from the floor zone.
Ensure Vehicle Access
Our truck needs to reach the setup area. No access = extended walk charges (POA).
Mark the Floor Zone
If partial flooring, mark the edges with pegs or spray paint so we know exactly where to lay.
Marquee first → flooring → furniture → lighting. Flooring always goes down before tables and chairs arrive.
Pro-Floor handles rain on top, but heavy pooling underneath can cause issues. We manage drainage during install.

Depends on area. A standard 48m² marquee takes 2–3 hours. Larger areas (100m²+) may take 4–5 hours. We always confirm the timeline before arriving so you can plan your setup order.
Minor slopes (under 5°) are fine. Steeper or very uneven ground needs a site survey. We can add levelling shims at extra cost. Send us a photo of your site and we'll advise.
Yes — the surface is water-resistant and non-slip when wet. Heavy pooling underneath is the main concern, which we manage with drainage channels during install.
Absolutely. Concrete, pavers, and patios are perfect surfaces. No anchoring needed. Pro-Floor protects the hard surface from furniture marks and gives a clean, finished look.
Same 17mm thick, non-slip, structurally identical panels. New stock has a premium surface finish. Old stock may show cosmetic wear from previous events but is structurally perfect. Both are professionally cleaned between hires.
Payment is due 30 days before your hire date. This secures your flooring and confirms your booking. We'll send an invoice with full payment terms when you accept the quote.
Cancellations are non-refundable. We offer credits towards a future event or the option to reschedule at our discretion. Contact us immediately if your circumstances change — we'll work with you where possible.
You are responsible for the flooring from delivery to collection. Damage beyond fair wear and tear (deep gouges, cracks, permanent stains) is your liability. We inspect panels before and after each hire. Report any damage immediately. Insurance covering equipment at market value is recommended.
Yes. You are responsible for marking underground utilities (gas, water, electrical, telecommunications) before installation. Contact Dial Before You Dig on 1100 (free, national service) to arrange markings. This prevents damage and safety issues. Failure to disclose access limitations may result in extra charges.
