Add up the wattage of all equipment you plan to run. A typical wedding with DJ, festoon, and catering needs 5,000–8,000W (our 10kVA unit). Send us your equipment list and we'll recommend the right size.
No — generators produce exhaust and require ventilation. We position them outside the marquee in a sheltered spot and run heavy-duty leads inside. This keeps fumes out and maintains a safe environment.
Yes. All generators are supplied with fuel ready to go. Generators must be returned fueled — if not returned with fuel, a refuel charge of $4 per litre applies.
Payment is due 30 days before your hire date. This secures your generator and confirms your booking.
Cancellations are non-refundable. We offer credits towards a future hire or rescheduling at our discretion. Contact us ASAP if your plans change.
Wind over 60 km/h, hail, or cyclonic conditions may delay setup. Force majeure protects your booking — you'll receive a credit or reschedule option. We monitor weather and communicate early.
You're responsible for the generator from delivery to collection. We strongly recommend event insurance covering equipment at replacement value. Report any incidents to your insurer and us immediately.
